Everyone knows vampires make poor project managers. They refuse to meet with "stake" holders. A good project manager makes updates, a bad project manager makes up dates. If you are not a vampire and are good at communicating updates as well as being in complete control of a project's success including managing customer expectations, budget, schedule and scope then we have a great position for you. What You Will Be Doing
• Responsible for the profitable and successful delivery of digital plant projects - MES, enterprise SCADA, and more.
• Establish and maintain plans for the success of digital plant projects including scope, schedule, cash-flow, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and direct the work of project team members.
• Communicate status with clients.
• Negotiate change orders with clients.
• Manage client expectations.
• Work with accounting on project financials, progress for revenue recognition and invoicing.
What You Need for this Position
• Bachelor of Science degree preferably in a technical or engineering field or equivalent experience (2+ years)
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation or related industry
• Ideally 2 or more years of experience managing industrial software development projects
