Project Manager (HVAC)

We9re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in both business development and project execution. This is not a traditional PM role. We9re looking for someone who can own projects, build client relationships, and drive new work. 5+ years of industry experience would be appropriate for this role.
What You9ll Do
- Manage HVAC & energy projects from preconstruction estimating through completion
- Own financial performance, execution, and client satisfaction
- Build relationships and help generate new project opportunities
- Develop estimates, lead job walks, and win work strategically
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and keep projects cash positive
- Partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
What We9re Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial HVAC/mechanical or GC projects (5+ yrs)
- Ability to develop business and maintain key client relationships
- Strong financial and operational mindset
- A contributor who takes ownership and drives results
