Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Lead BAS project teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals, including financial targets.
- Proactively identify and escalate project issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Estimate and sell BAS construction projects and change orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ASI clients and partners.
- Oversee procurement of materials and allocation of manpower for assigned BAS projects.
- Research and understand client needs: such as, energy and water efficiency, system serviceability, and short- and long-term operational goals.
- Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for BAS projects.
- Coordinate work schedules and resources with internal divisions and external stakeholders.
- Support sales initiatives, including participation in client meetings and site visits.
- Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, from concept to completion.
- Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Actively participate in industry-related organizations and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems.
- Experience with Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara, and/or Distech Controls strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership and analytical skills.
- Strong time management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple client relationships and project priorities.
- Practical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical controls, boilers, chillers, and overall building automation.
- 3-5 years of experience in energy management, building commissioning, and/or system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive Salary$130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
