Project Manager

As our Project Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing all phases of electrical construction projects, including healthcare facilities and other critical infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. This role supports environments where reliability, precision, and coordination are essential to continuous operations.

Your Impact:
  • Select materials, building systems, and equipment; manage procurement, expediting, distribution, and return of all materials and tools related to assigned projects, with consideration for healthcare and mission-critical requirements.
  • Maintain project controls to monitor and evaluate cost-to-estimate for work completed; identify and report variances; forecast project costs and margins.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and manage field personnel, including leading on-site meetings and conducting extensive jobsite surveys in active, occupied, or high-reliability environments.
  • Maintain all project records per company standards, including daily logs, monthly owner reports, and documentation required for healthcare and critical infrastructure clients.
  • Verify and expedite all project-related invoicing; investigate and resolve overdue accounts receivable.
  • Monitor and manage all costs incurred during the course of the project; evaluate site conditions, constructability, labor availability, material lead times, and operational constraints.
  • Submit permit applications and inspection requests; manage submittals including shop drawings, samples, cut sheets, and as-built documentation.
  • Utilize document management software such as Bluebeam to organize and track drawings, RFIs, change orders, correspondence, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Respond to and resolve client complaints and concerns, including direct coordination with facility representatives, operations teams, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with project site safety standards; participate in routine safety huddles and walkthroughs, and on occasion support jobsite safety investigations-particularly within regulated or mission-critical environments.
  • Estimate base projects and change orders; recommend value-engineering options that maintain system reliability, safety, and operational continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by employer.

Who you are:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Systems Design or related field. OR equivalent years of experience.
  • Previous experience in Project Management within the AEC industry.
  • Experience in large commercial work, healthcare, and/or data/critical infrastructure is a plus.
