Project Manager

The Briad Group | Briad Travel Centers

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

This job is located in our office in Livingston, NJ with the need to travel to our NY locations as needed.

Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact construction projects?

We're looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to join our Construction & Development team. This is an opportunity for a strong construction professional to take ownership of projects from planning and bidding through completion and opening-and to have a direct impact on the success of our business.

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with our construction, estimating, operations, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Own project schedules, budgets, timelines, and critical path activities
  • Partner with Project Superintendents to plan and coordinate project execution
  • Manage subcontractor bidding, proposals, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and project documentation
  • Review project financials and monitor costs to ensure projects remain on budget
  • Coordinate material procurement and prioritize work based on project timelines
  • Work closely with estimating and construction teams on cost estimates, take-offs, and project planning
  • Communicate project status, financial performance, risks, and schedules to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with town officials, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners
  • Coordinate construction, design, and project openings with our Operations team
  • Lead project closeout and ensure all project requirements are completed
  • Keep the entire project team focused, accountable, and moving toward the critical path

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
  • Experience with tools such as Procore, Timberline, SureTrak, or Microsoft Project
