Job Title: Project Manager, Project Management & Business Development

Location: New York

About the role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects and initiatives across the firm's North America franchise. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for scoping, planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management for strategic, regulatory, operational, and business-driven initiatives. It offers broad responsibility, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives across a wide range of topics.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive assigned projects and initiatives from planning through execution
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, governance, and follow-up to ensure execution against agreed scope, timeline, and objectives
  • Structure complex topics, identify key issues, and develop practical recommendations
  • Prepare decision materials, presentations, and other supporting documentation to help drive progress and decision-making
  • Coordinate across functions and geographies to ensure alignment
  • Support implementation and change management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain clear project governance and documentation in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in line with the firm's project management standards, internal policies, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to strengthening project management discipline, tools, and execution practices across the organization
  • Support additional priorities within Project Management & Business Development, as relevant for the role

What we're looking for:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, project management, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical and project-based environment
  • Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; advanced degree is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, frame decisions for key stakeholders and drive them forward independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messaging appropriately
  • Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
  • Fluent English

Preferred experience:
  • Knowledge of or experience in banking or financial services
  • Experience using AI tools to support analysis, draft materials, and improve efficiency in project delivery
  • Experience working across international teams or in a matrixed organization
