You'll own delivery of Anova's largest multi-site customer installation rollouts, from signed order to devices installed, live, and reporting. As the customer's single point of contact during each rollout, you'll turn every commitment into a clear plan, a realistic schedule, and a weekly status update the customer can count on. You'll lead a small dispatch and coordination team based in the U.S. and Europe, and partner closely with Regional Leads, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, and Finance, reporting to the Field Installation Program Manager. Success in this role is measured by on-time milestone delivery, faster time from order to live devices, installs done right the first time, and a strong, engaged dispatch team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of assigned large and multi-site customer rollouts from handoff through closeout, serving as the customer's single point of contact throughout
- Build a project plan for each rollout covering scope, site list, sequencing, milestones, materials, resources, and dependencies
- Lead customer kickoffs, weekly status meetings, and progress reporting, keeping timelines, risks, and open issues visible to customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage scope changes through a documented change process
- Confirm site data, access, equipment details, and customer contacts before work is scheduled, so installers arrive with everything they need
- Coordinate with Production and Operations so devices, accessories, and materials arrive at each site ahead of installers
- Track first-time-right installs and repeat visits by project, partnering with Regional Leads to fix root causes and improve future plans
- Route activation, connectivity, and device issues to Hardware and Software Engineering and track them to resolution
- Lead, coach, and develop the dispatch and coordination team, setting daily priorities, running daily status recaps, and holding regular 1:1s
- Own field installation work calendars and crew assignments, ensuring efficient routing and full use of installer and contractor capacity
- Establish standard work for the team, including trackers, daily customer updates, contractor inventory, and accurate project data
- Validate contractor invoices against completed installs before approval
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on scope, start dates, and customer expectations before commitments are made, and plan crews weekly with Regional Leads
- Close out each project by confirming devices are installed, activated, and reporting, delivering final documentation, and handing the account off to Customer Success
