Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation
Location: Houston, Texas
Model of Work: Hybrid
Owns execution of IT and transformation projects within the Transformation Office, delivering on time, in scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Leads planning and execution of IT and transformation projects, including systems implementations, process improvements, and technology rollouts
Builds and maintains project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
Coordinates across IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage dependencies, risks, and issues
Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and drives accountability to deadlines
Manages project budget, scope, and change control
Reports status, risks, and issues to leadership on a regular cadence
And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
