Qualifications

• Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate required.
• 3+ years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating.
• Experience with estimating programs, particularly Accubid, is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, Procore, and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities with clients.
• Estimate project costs and submit tenders.
• Review contracts for challenging clauses and conditions.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, consultants, and general contractors.
• Manage project financials including billing, purchasing, schedules, and labor.
• Mitigate risks and address deficiencies in projects as required.
• Supervise project progress on-site and review outcomes with foreman and superintendent post-project.
