Description:Position Summary:As a Project Manager on our Global Customer Success Retail team, you will join our newly created Project Management Office (PMO) and lead the implementation of SPS Commerce services and products. Using a combination of organizational skills, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence, you'll monitor teamwork flow across multiple functional areas to ensure project delivery and quality standards are met and customers experience positive outcomes from start to finish.
What You'll Do:- Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce products and services from close of sale through handoff to customer support
- Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements, and translate customer requests into project deliverables
- Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Monitor workflow requirements to meet quality expectations and ensure timely delivery
- Advocate for positive change within the organization by identifying and communicating compelling needs for improvement
Where You'll Work:This role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, with two days per week required onsite. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel preferred

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $72,200 - $111,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
