Full Job Description
Wunderlich-Malec has Project Manager position available in Columbia, MD. This person will provide project management excellence to our clients as an owner's representative, lead teams, and execute projects successfully.

THE JOB

WM is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience with executing controls and automation projects with a strong background in successful project execution.

THE PROJECT DAY-TO-DAY
  • Manages small to large-scale projects for clients independently with minimal oversight
  • May be responsible for managing and supporting multiple projects at once
  • Develops, manages, and controls project costs
  • Develops, manages, and controls project schedules
  • Manages and directs resources appropriately for the project
  • Manages the end-to-end project lifecycle for assigned projects
  • Guides the client in project decisions, ensuring the best solution for their business
  • Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver on goals and objectives of the project
  • Manages vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met
  • Maintains regular contact with client and reports on project progress, issues, and accomplishments to both the client & Wunderlich-Malec
  • Accountable for project and/or program success
  • Responsible for representing the client as an OPM as needed, managing third parties as a client representative

WHAT WE NEED
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering, Construction Management or related field)

  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Minimum 6 years as a Project Manager
  • Experience in life sciences (GMP MFG environment) required

Position Demands
  • Seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, and ability to travel distances.
  • Travel - minimum 25% unless located nearby
    • Expectation is to be onsite during project execution 100%
  • Standard office environment: frequent use of personal computer, facsimile, and copy machines, along with miscellaneous office equipment.

Salary Range The expected salary range is $95,000 - $145,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus a discretionary bonus and employee stock program.
