Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning to execution and closeout.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to monitor project progress and resolve challenges promptly.
  • Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders for compliance and accuracy.
  • Track project costs and profitability while seeking efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and all applicable codes and regulations.

Full Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects from inception to completion. This role works closely with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.

This individual will lead project planning, coordinate with field teams and clients, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of electrical construction, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
