Role Overview

At Equans, you will not be working on standard projects with off-the-shelf solutions. You will work on
existing, energy-intensive, and complex buildings designed at a time when energy was inexpensive. Each
assignment is unique and requires technical rigor, curiosity, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort
with complexity.
Here, you will not simply be handed an instruction manual: you will be entrusted with a performance
objective to achieve. You will have the latitude, resources, and tools needed to determine the best way to
get there. You will help lead the execution phase, from preconstruction and site activities through to
project delivery and closeout. You will leverage your technical background in engineering and your project
management skills to ensure safety, client satisfaction, budget and schedule compliance, and the
achievement of guaranteed results.
In addition, the project manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating future projects of
various sizes, with a particular focus on asset renewal for PPP contracts (Public-Private Partnerships).
The project manager will work closely with various project leads, stakeholders, and internal teams to
ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
