Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from
preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects stay on schedule, budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and billing.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and Procore documentation.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure quality, safety, and successful project closeout.
- Mentor and manage Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Coordinators.
Requirements:- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
- Experience with multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Procore and scheduling software (P6/MS Project).
- OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass required screenings.
