Full Job Description
Company that assists public, private, and institutional real estate owners to manage the design and construction of their projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Candidates must have experience:
  • Managing the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million,
  • Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules, and
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience:
  • Managing higher education and/or healthcare construction projects,
  • Managing construction projects, as an employee or a consultant, for a state or federal agency responsible for managing new construction and renovation projects used by other state or federal agencies, and
  • Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Islandlaws and regulations appliable to public construction projects.
Candidates' resumes should include information about individual projects, including the scope of the project, the candidate's role on the project, and the project's dollar value. This information can be included in the body of the resume or as a separate project list.
