What's the role?

The Project Manager supports the US business by leading strategic, high-impact projects across the US project portfolio. The role manages project development and rollout activities in priority markets and supports implementation of the global support concept for deployed solutions. Initial assignments are expected to include digital platform and innovative commercial model projects with high business visibility.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Lead global, cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization and establish clear roles, governance, and ways of working.
• Plan and coordinate development, market execution and implementation activities for strategic solutions.
• Foster clear, direct communication across the project team and leverage international perspectives to improve outcomes.
• Plan and allocate project resources in alignment with priorities and delivery requirements.
• Manage projects within agreed time, quality, and cost parameters.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and techniques based on project complexity and requirements maturity.
• Adapt plans constructively as requirements evolve, while maintaining focus on business value and delivery outcomes.
• Identify, assess, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Manage stakeholders across functions and leadership levels, including preparation of concise project reporting.
• Track delivery outcomes and support benefits realization following implementation.

• Role scope: Individual project leadership within the US project portfolio; direct-report responsibility is not specified.
• Geographic scope: Global, with delivery and rollout activities across priority markets.
• Project scope: Strategic projects, largely commercially focused but could also include ops related projects, with high business impact and board-level visibility.
• Delivery accountability: Scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, quality, cost, risks, issues, stakeholder alignment, reporting, and benefits realization.
• Working model: Remote and hybrid collaboration across cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel

Do you qualify?

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Project management qualification or certification is essential.

Experience

• 3+ years relevant professional project management experience
• Experience delivering projects using project management methodologies, tools, and techniques appropriately.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to define scope and deliverables and manage delivery within time, quality, and cost parameters.
• Strong resource planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and project reporting capabilities.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into succinct, understandable formats for varied audiences.
• Clear and direct communicator who can foster alignment across international, remote, and hybrid teams.
• Pragmatic and adaptable approach, including the ability to work with varying levels of requirements maturity and embrace change to maximize value.
• Ability to leverage diverse international perspectives and collaborate effectively across cultures and functions.
• Strong ownership, organization, judgment, and focus on measurable delivery outcomes.

Travel

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within the United States and internationally as business needs require.

The annual  pay range for this position is $75,800 - $94,700.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
