Project Manager/Business Analyst Details:The PM/BA role is multifaceted. As a PM, this role entails the overall management of a project throughout its lifecycle. The PM is responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the project, for identifying key resources and providing the direction required to meet project objectives. The Project Manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria. They also ensure adherence to project management methodology practices, provide team coaching, evaluate the performance of team members and reinforce the enterprise knowledge management through the collection and communication of lessons learned.As a BA, this role entails any number of tasks including and not limited to:3 Task Management 3 Helping clients assign and follow through on assigned tasks3 Process Improvement 3 Process discovery and mapping3 Process improvement3 Requirements Gathering and Review 3 Interview clients3 Document and confirm requirements3 Relay requirements to developers3 Assist in developing functional test criteria Qualifications Skills/Experience:3 Management soft skills3 Ability to multitask3 Process documentation (Visio)3 Process evaluation and improvement (e.g. identifying non-value add process steps, bottlenecks, etc.3 Attention to detail3 Open to instruction3 Holds Customer Service as a priority3 Project Management Experience3 Meeting Minute Taking3 Listening3 Writing3 Intelligent Questioning3 Business Analyst Experience Additional Information EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:Delivery3 Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing)3 Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.3 Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.3 Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.3 Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance.3 Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.3 Escalate issues early about the project to delivery management.3 Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties.
