Title: Project Manager II

Summary: The Project Manager II has been or has accomplished key skills and qualifications of a Project Manager and has the demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of a PM II. The PM II can lead a team of technicians, help solve technical issues for clients, and operate with an elevated degree of independence. The PM II will typically manage multiple projects and is able to compile, convey and present KPIs and service value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for successful project initiation, delivery, and closure including: transition of the account from the sales department, personnel selection, project tracking and coordination with the accounting department on billing and collection needs.
• Collaborate with the client to develop and implement a standard QA/QC program tailored to meet their needs.
• Work to identify and solve quality issues on behalf of the client. Educate customer personnel on inspection requirements and importance.
• Work closely with Bureau Veritas engineering and sales teams to identify additonal value-added support for current and future clients.
• Create and analyze regular summary reports to the clients that include key findings, metrics, value ads, and recommendations.
• Supervise, lead and communicate client job expectations to the field technicians and be the technician's point of contact for issues on the job.
• Generate and ensure that lessons learned and customer requirements are catalogued and disseminated as appropriate.
• Actively manage the field technicians including, but not limited to, vacation scheduling, performance reviews, and recommendations for salary treatment.
• Remain in compliance with all BVNA QHSE policies.
• Typically manage 7+ direct reports each day

Required Education and Experience
Associate's Degree or commensurate field experience.
Previous team management experience.
Demonstrated ability to assume an active account and seamlessly execute previously established criteria.
Act independently.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of the Standard DS-1, relevant API specifications, and other applicable industry standards.

Bachelor's Degree
