We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Brokerage & Wealth Management (FTE / Hybrid) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Location: Charlotte, NC or New York, NY

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and integration initiatives within the Brokerage and Wealth Management space. The PM will coordinate across business, technology, architecture, vendor, and delivery teams, with a particular focus on integration-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Brokerage and Wealth Management technology initiatives.
  • Drive project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate integration/API work across internal teams and external partners such as Pershing.
  • Partner closely with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide clear status reporting and escalation to program leadership.


Required Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Technology Project and/or Program Management.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing integration and API-driven projects.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Brokerage and/or Wealth Management domain.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with large Financial Services organizations.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Pershing or similar brokerage/custody platforms preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery coordination.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $129,750.00 - $216,250.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
