Compensation: $110,000 - $155,000 / year

Description

Your Impact:
  • Strategic Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, uphold top-notch quality, and achieve profitability goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: As a brand ambassador, exceed client expectations, embodying and enhancing our company's values and reputation.
  • Coordination: Coordinate field activities seamlessly with office and administrative duties for efficient project execution.
  • Project Lifecycle Leadership: Lead opening of new projects, organizing start-up paperwork, and guiding projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the project superintendent, providing leadership to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Financial Management: Assure timely completion and submission of monthly payment applications, ensuring prompt payment and follow-up on the payment process.
  • Document Control: Review and oversee the distribution of all project documents, including shop drawings, addendums, and RFIs, ensuring accurate and timely updates to contractors and the BCCI team.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities as required to contribute to the organization's growth.
  • Safety Compliance: Demonstrate understanding of OSHA regulations, and monitor, and enforce safety practices to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Onsite Supervision: Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions, including scheduling, engineering, material control, and direction of administrative staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality process throughout the project, ensuring adherence to standards and successful project conclusion.
  • Documentation: Manage the as-built drawing process and O&M process, ensuring accurate documentation for distribution to stakeholders.
  • Proactive Financial Planning: Prepare documents for the monthly projection process, ensuring payment applications are completed and ready for recording per SOP.
