The Role Our client success team is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee complex technical implementations from inception to completion. Reporting to Director of Projects, you will work closely with cross-functional technical teams, client stakeholders, hardware engineers, and sub-contractors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our urban mobility developments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
How to make an impact- Project Launch & Planning: Set comprehensive project schedules, build robust project plans, and align all internal resources, engineering developments, and external sub-contractors from project kickoff.
- Client Management: Build and nurture positive, trusted working relationships with clients, provide regular status updates, and champion final customer product validation and acceptance.
- Budget & Tracking: Oversee project delivery within contract scope, track budgets, prepare fiscal reports, and proactively communicate potential delays or risks to stakeholders.
- Technical Coordination: Interpret integration specifications, analyze hardware engineering drawings, and synthesize analytical and statistical project data to guide decision-making.

Your background- Proven track record in end-to-end technical project management, including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, driving customer acceptance, and delivering transparent status reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret hardware engineering drawings and integration specifications.
- Experience analyzing and presenting complex technical, statistical, and analytical data to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong experience coordinating multi-party initiatives involving cross-functional teams and third-party sub-contractors.
