GENERAL SUMMARYThis position is responsible for managing company-wide projects by applying professional project management principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks. This role has responsibility for the design, testing, planning and implementation of complex business and technical projects to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.
This position will be with Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Responsible for the delivery of all phases of a project: initiation, planning, execution, and closure
- Facilitates initial discussions with key business partners to establish project priorities, identify success criteria and set target completion dates
- Manages an implementation team of cross-regional, cross-functional teams to develop/implement/integrate new business initiatives or operations
- Aligns teams to ensure the project meets the goals of the business plan
- Creates project plans, manages risks and issues, reports progress, and delivers quality projects within specified timeframes while also establishing service and efficiency objectives
- Keeps abreast of changes that impact scope and work efforts and communicates impacts to the implementation team and management, as appropriate
- Works with other process areas to manage end-to-end configuration activities; i.e. high-level process work, as impacted by new business or product
- Ensures process compliance with corporate implementation strategies and initiatives (policies, procedures, and tools)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired:- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience
- Experience leading complex implementations, including multiple application integration challenges
- Demonstrated leadership skills
Preferred:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2 years managing projects in a health care environment
- PMP certification preferred

The starting salary range for this position is between $74,000 and $92,500 annually. Salary offers will typically be made in the listed range. The Company takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including merit process and internal pay alignment when determining the salary for potential new team member's.
