Full Job Description
Summary/Objective: The Project Lead shall be a Senior Logistician with leadership experience responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead operations for all service areas and conduct/oversee daily activities.
  2. Ensure service performance and continuity across all service areas.
  3. Write and/or coordinate communications about service updates, disruptions, or changes to the COR and as appropriate, affected stakeholders.
  4. Report risks and issues across services areas promptly to the COR and proactively propose solutions or resolutions.
  5. Provide subject-matter expertise related to federal regulations and agency policies.

The project lead shall have:
  1. A minimum of three years' experience directly managing successful multi-location logistics services, preferably with federal agencies/government.
  2. Direct experience managing a project team of full-time employees.
  3. Effective leadership experience with Requirements Management, Service Level Agreements, Change Control Management, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance.
  4. Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent client-facing communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  6. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired.
