Project Integrator
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a hybrid-cloud mission-critical infrastructure and services, using COTS, GOTS, and custom applications. You will be relied upon to constantly monitor network performance, and proactively suggest improvements and guide networking and system engineering efforts to continuously modernize and improve.
The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:- Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile initiatives across multi-team environments, aligning deliverables with strategic goals and governance frameworks, and experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transition planning, requirements traceability, and control gate reviews.
- Experience working within Agile teams using JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins for sprint execution, and experience developing and deploying software across CI/CD pipelines and multi-domain environments.
- Demonstrated experience defining and managing system requirements, architecture, and lifecycle documentation for enterprise platforms.
- Experience integrating and orchestrating IT systems across legacy, cloud, and multi-domain environments, and experience designing and validating system architectures, performance assessments, and capability roadmaps.
- Extensive past experience integrating COTS/GOTS/Open Source tools into secure operational environments.
- Experience eliciting and documenting user requirements, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Experience developing and maintaining PMR materials, IDTs, and traceable requirements artifacts, as well as experience implementing CM processes and managing CMDB lifecycle, including CRs, DRs, and RFCs.
- Experience applying cybersecurity best practices and regulatory frameworks to protect sensitive data.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with data governance teams to ensure data integrity, tagging, and compliance.
- Experience analyzing patterns, trends, and anomalies using spreadsheets, graphs, maps, and network analysis tools.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and exploiting key datasets to answer business questions and improve system efficiency, as well as experience developing metrics dashboards and triage tools to support data exploitation.
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear documentation, SOPs, and user guides for diverse audiences.
- Experience tracking and reporting on program requirements, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Extensive experience supporting high-tempo mission environments with flexible, responsive operational support.
