Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in HSSE environments
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HSSE within construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
• Experience supervising field operations and contractors in dynamic environments
• Technical expertise in lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and environmental compliance.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safer, more efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of HSSE policies and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Conduct field inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Monitor HSSE performance indicators and drive improvements based on operational data
• Lead incident reporting and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Oversee Permit-to-Work systems and verify safety controls before work begins
• Supervise contractors and crews to ensure adherence to safety procedures
• Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
