This position offers excellent career growth while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on technically challenging facilities.
What You'll Do:- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Review drawings and specifications for completeness and constructability.
- Help prepare change orders and project reporting.
- Track long lead equipment and material deliveries.
- Participate in project meetings and site coordination.
- Assist with project closeout documentation.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of commercial construction experience.
- Cold storage, industrial, food processing, manufacturing, refrigerated warehouse, or distribution center experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to insulated panel systems.
- Refrigeration or food processing facility experience.
- Internship or project experience in industrial construction.
