E1953: Project Engineer Sr. (Operations Analyst)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PAC-3 LSE Localization Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will provide global IAMD Sustainment Localization support, monitor and track localization efforts, support continuous improvement of business processes, analyze operational and customer-centric configuration data, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive strategic decision'making across the organization.The key responsibilities of this role include assisting the PAC-3 Sustainment Program and LSE IAMD Localization Operations to ensure the following:- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, production systems) and ensure data integrity across the program in support of program execution, capture and proposal efforts.- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance metrics for Program and LSE leadership, as applicable.- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.- Conduct root'cause investigations for operational variances and support corrective'action implementation.- Collaborate with cross'functional teams (Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Finance, IT) to align analytical findings with business objectives.- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and executive summaries to stakeholders.- Support ad'hoc projects, cost'benefit analyses, and feasibility studies as needed.- Understand and maintain basic awareness on spares, orders, repairs, inventory, and schedules posture throughout the assigned area of responsibility, and maintaining Localization Dashboards and Continuity Books.- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for short periods of time, as required, to customer locations and represent Program and LSE interests within the IAMD Localization Group.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS is also required. Overall, this role demands a strong combination of communication, interpersonal, and technical skills to provide support and ensure data integrity in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to obtain Secret security clearance - Minimum Bachelor's degree in field commensurate with assignment or equivalent Logistics and Sustainment Engineering experienceProven ability to work successfully across functional groups and with internal and external customersProficient with Microsoft Office/TEAMSStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationshipsStrong oral and written communication skills, and an ability to perform presentations in front of large groupsExperience with PAC3 systems or similar complex defense systems

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
