PROJECT ENGINEER-PIPELINE AND/OR PIPELINE FACILITIES

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering required, with a preference for a graduate degree.
• 7 years of experience in pipeline and/or pipeline facilities engineering, with 10-15 years preferred.
• Capability to build project estimates efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with engineering computer systems is necessary.
• Professional Engineer registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and apply Gulf procedures and work instructions for project management.
• Direct engineering and design for assigned project segments.
• Assign and distribute work scope among project teams.
• Participate in and document weekly project team meetings.
• Resolve issues between different project segments and disciplines.
• Review deliverables to ensure design intentions are met.
• Assist in engineering design as required to fulfill project needs.
• Manage project team activities to adhere to schedules and budgets.
