Full Job Description
Position Title: Project Engineer (Level 2 & 3)

Salary: Level 2: $91,000-$103,000, Level 3: $101,000-$115,000 / annually, DOE + 7% Bonus

As a Project Engineer, you'll manage project coordination, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, productivity tracking, quality control, and field operations while mentoring junior team members and helping deliver complex industrial construction projects safely and successfully. Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and productivity tracking
  • Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, proposals, and change orders
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting within Procore
  • Track labor productivity, project costs, and forecasting
  • Lead field quality control documentation and implementation
  • Support invoicing, project cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate safety planning, toolbox talks, and field compliance

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of industrial construction experience
  • Experience with project scheduling and estimating
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with construction management software
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%
