Project Engineer, Lean Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
• Demonstrated leadership skills and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology
• Develop project plans and manage teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product design and manufacturability considerations
• Monitor quality standards and implement operational excellence initiatives
• Coordinate the design of fixtures and enforce standardized procedures across the manufacturing process
