Qualifications

• 6+ years in land development engineering with leadership experience in complex projects.
• P.Eng. in Ontario with experience in municipal and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of Ontario's land development and approvals process.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; comfortable in multidisciplinary settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively in dynamic project environments.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in project management and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams on diverse land development projects from conception to construction.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering strategic guidance and anticipating needs.
• Manage project aspects including scope, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Navigate municipal approvals using deep knowledge of Ontario processes and relationships.
• Ensure quality assurance and technical compliance across all designs.
• Contribute to business development efforts through proposals and fee estimations.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering the development of emerging talent.
• Collaborate with varied WSP disciplines to create integrated solutions.
