What You Bring- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Traction Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of system integration, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.
- Expertise in traction systems and rail industry standards is desirable but not mandatory.
