Overview

Step into a leadership role at the forefront of the energy transition. As Project Director – Green Hydrogen & Renewables, you will drive the development and delivery of large-scale, innovative energy projects, from early concept through execution and operational readiness. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will collaborate with internal experts and global partners to deliver bankable, high-impact infrastructure that accelerates decarbonization.


Your Role

  • Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of utility-scale green hydrogen and renewable energy projects
  • Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives and contractual commitments
  • Drive projects toward Final Investment Decision (FID) and financial close while ensuring technical maturity and bankability
  • Oversee engineering, integration, and EPC execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Manage full project performance including cost, schedule, quality, risk, margin, and cash flow
  • Lead negotiation of commercial agreements including PPAs, hydrogen offtake, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of safety, governance, and continuous improvement
