Full Job Description
Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar and should have a minimum of six years, but preferably eight to 10 years, of experience in project development, commercial or financial transactions, and real estate transactions. Experience in real property tax and land use and zoning would be a plus but is not necessary. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
Salary Range: $120,000 to $155,000.
This salary range represents the firm's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
