MMR Project Control Coordinator - based in Phoenix, ArizonaLocation: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $50/hour
Per Diem: $750/weekWork Schedule: 5/10s and weekends as neededJob Description: MMR is seeking Project Control Coordinator candidates to assist with the project tracking and scheduling in the electrical construction industry. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to the following:
- Project tracking and scheduling
- Assisting with project audits and billing if needed
- Assisting with teaching programs to engineers and supervision
- Assisting with submittals, RFI's and estimates
- Field audits
- Value engineering, constructability reviews, procurement, compiling reports and other miscellaneous office duties
Required Skills and Qualifications: - At least 3-5 years of project controls experience or related experience
- Experience in electrical construction preferred
- Must have knowledge in estimating, scheduling, and purchasing
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specifications
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance at work
