Project Contract Manager in Saint-Bruno

As a Project Contract Manager in Saint-Bruno, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and integrity of our rail projects. Working as a key member of the Project Core Team, you will partner closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard Alstom's contractual and commercial interests while enabling successful project delivery.

Your role, Your impact
  • Lead contract and claims management activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Alstom governance, and project requirements.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies related to claims, variation orders, contract amendments, extensions of time (EoTs), and commercial risk management.
  • Monitor project performance against contractual commitments, identify risks and opportunities, and provide contractual guidance to support project success.
  • Manage contractual correspondence, notices, records, and claim documentation while supporting negotiations and protecting Alstom's commercial interests.
  • Collaborate with project, legal, finance, engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to resolve complex contractual challenges and drive successful project outcomes.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, finance, legal and project delivery, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Project Contract Manager, you will be the key link between project execution and contractual success.

Bilingualism

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
