full-time Project Architect to guide projects from concept through construction while working alongside a collaborative team of creative professionals. This full-time opportunity offers

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT ARCHITECT- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating consultants
- Strong working knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
- Experience with podium-style buildings
- Proficiency in: Revit (required in all project phases), AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across all project phases, including construction administration
- A strong understanding of wood and concrete construction systems
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
- Interest in long-term leadership growth within an architecture and urban design firm
- Appreciation for collaborative, principle-based design culture
