Position: Program Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects and programs within our company. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects and programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Oversee project teams and ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

- Prepare and present project progress reports to upper management

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

- Mentor and train project team members to develop their skills and knowledge

- Assist with project bidding and proposal writing as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical contracting industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
