Program Supervisor (LCSW/LMHC) - Substance | Residential Treatment - Ocala
This position is with a nonprofit behavioral health and substance abuse treatment organization in the Ocala area of Marion County, FL. Ocala is horse country: rolling pastures, white fences, and barns as far as you can see, with Silver Springs and the Ocala National Forest right in your backyard. You get small-town living and a lower cost of housing, with Gainesville under an hour away and Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville all within about two hours.
The Position:
We are seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of an adult residential treatment campus, overseeing clinical and operations staff, budget, census, and regulatory compliance. Licensed behavioral health leaders interested in program director jobs, residential treatment leadership roles, or substance abuse program management are encouraged to apply.

$80,000 to $100,000 Annual Salary, based on experience
