As a Project Manager Level 3, your leadership will be instrumental in driving complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and collaboratively. By influencing organizational strategy and fostering seamless communication among diverse teams, you will create lasting value for clients and stakeholders, while your extensive experience will directly shape the success and growth of our most critical initiatives. Your proactive approach to risk management, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to mentor others, will not only elevate project outcomes but also strengthen our organizational capabilities for long-term achievement.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure achievement of deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to progress.
  • Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Three years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP, PgMP certifications, or an equivalent advanced project management credential.
  • Demonstrated leadership, effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, analytical, and proactive in addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in working in an empowering team environment and driving organizational transformation.


Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $72,000.00 - $170,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
