Qualifications

• Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable or related products preferred.
• Familiarity with specification/blueprint reading, materials and process specifications.
• Highly motivated, self-starting with a desire to impact company success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and excellent presentation skills.
• BS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assemblies.
• 3-5 years' experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment desired.

Responsibilities

• Support key account program management to internal and external customers.
• Lead and manage functions and team members effectively.
• Organize and prioritize tasks for efficiency.
• Communicate tactically, operationally, and strategically with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Analyze data and gather insights for decision-making.
• Resolve discrepancies and manage conflicts effectively.
• Review contracts and understand compliance and regulatory requirements.
