Full Job Description
SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-22 Formal Training Unit (FTU) Beddown program at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia.

The Program Manager will support the planning, integration, programming, scheduling, and execution of construction and renovation projects supporting the F-22 FTU mission. This position will work closely with Civil Engineering project managers, end users, contracting personnel, and Project Integration Office leadership to help maintain project coordination, schedules, and program status.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate with 633d Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Project Managers to support integration of engineering planning, programming, and project execution.
  • Coordinate project requirements with end users, the 633d Contracting Squadron, and Project Integration Office leadership.
  • Track the planning, programming, implementation, and overall status of F-22 FTU Beddown projects.
  • Develop draft planning documents and cost estimates using Government-provided data and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts, for Government review and approval.
  • Support execution of construction and renovation projects and maintain familiarity with applicable Civil Engineer guidance.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project stakeholders to identify and address schedule, cost, and execution issues.
  • Provide project status information and weekly input for the Weekly Activity Report.

What You Bring:

Required:
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning required.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting engineering, construction, facilities, or capital improvement programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, requirements, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and planning documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Preferred:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The position is located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. Normal duty hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
