Position DescriptionThis role leads high-impact programs ensuring successful delivery through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. They may oversee project managers and coordinate across workstreams to ensure program cohesion.
Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex programs from initiation through delivery.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project managers.
- Develop program plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Required Education & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of project/program management experience.
Ideal Qualifications:- PMP or other applicable framework
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments
