Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contractual obligations

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $136,850.00/Yr. - USD $228,100.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description

Providing oversight of a large contracted effort supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF

Requirements

Master's degreein engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor27s degree in engineering, technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience
Of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least five of those years must include experience providing engineering or technical management for U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs
Demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
Demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements
Demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and project issues

Desired Skills

Program Management experience in direct support of NAWCAD WOLF
Experience managing a large contractor staff (>150 FTE)
Experience managing multiple subcontractors
