  • Develop and implement project management tools and processes to optimize project execution.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior management to resolve issues and ensure operational stability.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs.Every day you will manage program risks, resources, and budgets, align with organizational goals, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business value.To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, crucial for successful program completion and objective realization.

  • Leads a portfolio of projects with support of key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in assessing educational needs, developing curriculum, instruction design process, planning and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, and determining course effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates expert understanding of project management methodology, directs one or more program managers across project portfolio.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation agencies.
  • Oversees the development, implementation and management of project management tools and processes across project portfolio.
  • Facilitates/leads meetings with senior management and key internal/external stakeholders, drive effort to resolve issues/risks and next steps towards operational stability.
Job Requirements

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED General Studies
  • Five (5) years of experience with project/program management, business analysis or related roles
  • Three (3) years of experience with healthcare operations and clinical workflows
  • Three (3) years of experience in analytics/reporting, outcomes measurement, clinical and administrative data

Preferred:

  • Associates Other Business, finance or healthcare administration or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two (2) years of experience in medical imaging

  • Strong understanding of radiology operations and workflows.

  • Familiarity with medical imaging terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).

  • Advance to Expert knowledge/experience with MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio.

  • Advance knowledge/experience with MS Excel, and/or related analytics and reporting application(s).

  • Advance knowledge/experience with data management and analytical software technologies (SQL, SAS, Tableau, etc.)
