10+ years of program/project management experience in defense
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary software and engineering teams
Experience with cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and subcontractor management on Government contracts
Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline
Responsibilities

SUMMARY:TRABUS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the single management point of accountability for a software-intensive Navy development effort.
Direct software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, integration/test, staffing, subcontractor performance, transition, quality, risk, cost, and schedule execution.
