Responsibilities
The Physical Security Center of Excellence (COE) develops the standards, programs, tools, and governance that enable consistent, scalable, and effective security operations globally. The team partners with GSOC, Travel Security, Intelligence, regional security teams, and cross-functional partners to strengthen operational readiness, improve quality, and continuously evolve security programs. About the Role - Lead multiple programs and initiatives across the GSOC, Travel Security, and Intelligence, driving execution, governance, and continuous improvement. - Translate operational needs, stakeholder feedback, and emerging risks into practical processes, standards, tools, and program improvements. - Partner with regional teams and vendors to improve consistency, scalability, service quality, and operational effectiveness. GSOC: - Maintain and improve global SOPs, standards, workflows, and QA processes, addressing gaps identified through incidents, PIRs, data, and stakeholder feedback. - Drive process, technology, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across intelligence, mass communications, and employee support. Travel Security: - Deliver travel security programs, policies, SOPs, risk-rating methodologies, traveler support, and escalation processes. - Partner with GSOC and Intelligence to operationalize travel risk monitoring, alerts, assistance, and incident response. Intelligence - Support intelligence standards and review products for quality, relevance, consistency, and timeliness. - Translate requirements into repeatable workflows, templates, and service expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in program or project management, managing multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives. - Experience in GSOC/EOC, physical security, travel security, intelligence, emergency management, crisis management, or a related field. - Experience developing SOPs, processes, governance, or quality programs. - Strong stakeholder management, written communication, judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a global or multi-regional corporate security environment. - Experience with security intelligence, geopolitical risk, travel security, or emergency response. - Vendor, SLA, or service-management experience. - Familiarity with GSOC technology, emergency notification, travel assistance, automation, or AI-enabled security solutions.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
