One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center. The Program Manager will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the DC3 Strategic and Foundational Operations effort.

Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor activities supporting the PWS.
Provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership across the program.
Facilitate communication between Government and contractor personnel.
Track and document requirements and activities using industry best practices and proven methodologies.
Ensure contract tasks are completed in accordance with PWS requirements and performance standards.
Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performance.
Support financial and business processes while excluding inherently governmental functions.

Within the last 5 years, demonstrated experience determining and managing manpower requirements for projects of comparable scope involving diverse technical skills and labor categories.
Within the last 5 years, demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts using key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
Ability to exercise management authority and effectively address contractual, programmatic, performance, staffing, and resource issues.
