Job Description
Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Program Manager to drive our Physical Security initiatives. As a key member of our Security Programs team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of security infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will partner with cross-functional teams-including engineering, legal, compliance, and facilities-to define, design, and execute solutions that safeguard Oracle's physical assets globally.
Responsibilities
• Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction)..
• Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies..
• Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders..
• Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery..
• Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials..
• Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project..
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms..
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience, including experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• 5+ years of experience delivering physical security programs or projects, with demonstrated knowledge of physical security systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing physical security projects through design, build, construction, commissioning, and deployment phases.
• Proven ability to define program objectives, scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
• Strong risk and issue management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive resolution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and implementation partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and presenting program updates, risks, recommendations, and decisions to executive audiences.
• Proficiency with program management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience delivering physical security programs within a large, global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of physical access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or related physical security technologies.
• Experience managing security infrastructure deployments across multiple sites, regions, or countries.
• Experience partnering with engineering, facilities, construction, legal, compliance, and security teams.

Qualifications
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
