Full Job Description
In this role you will support the Executive Director (ED) in managing Cyber Security portfolio initiatives including project intake process, governance and reporting. Target program can be the local NY program or HO related programs, working as a liaison with HO counterparts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the intake process for new Cyber program and project requests, ensuring requests are appropriately documented, scoped, and routed for review
  • Support prioritization of intake against portfolio capacity and strategic objectives, providing recommendations to the CISO for final approval
  • Produce Cyber portfolio-level reporting, consolidating status, risk, budget and delivery metrics across programs for the CISO, Cyber Security Towers leads and other senior stakeholders
  • Provide governance checks on program artifacts (charters, plans, RAID logs, status reports) to confirm completeness, quality, and adherence to TDO standards prior to distribution
  • Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure initiatives, project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong knowledge and experience of regulatory change management
  • Experience managing Cyber or Information Security program/project intake and prioritization processes, including working with a CISO or equivalent senior security stakeholder to obtain approval
  • Experience producing portfolio-level reporting for executive audiences and performing governance and quality checks on program artifacts
  • Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas
  • Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
  • Tolerance and understanding in multi cultures


The expected base salary ranges from $111k-$160k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
